DIA Exhibit & Advertising Opportunities
DIA offers event exhibit and advertising space to companies, associations, and service providers interested in showcasing their expertise before DIA’s highly influential global community of professionals from across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical product, and related fields.
Each year, DIA holds more than 100 meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events around the world. Attended by a range of 50 to 6,000 people, most venues offer exhibiting and advertising opportunities for nearly every budget.
Companies, associations, service providers, and other vendors may:
● Purchase exhibit hall space at the DIA Annual Meeting, EuroMeeting, Electronic Document Management Conference, DIA/FDA CDER/CBER Computational Science Meeting, and other large events
● Place advertisements in Annual EuroMeeting and Annual Meeting program guides
● Purchase advertising space in meeting program packages
● Sponsor tabletop exhibits at small events
● Purchase exhibit space for display at DIA educational and training offerings
DIA extends the reach of exhibits and event advertisements in several unique ways:
DIA Annual Meeting Show Daily. Exhibitors are featured in the Annual Meeting Show Daily, which delivers news of the meeting, session reports, and schedule changes and provides other information of interest to all attendees. It is distributed at numerous locations throughout the hosting facility.
DIA offers these additional exhibit force-multipliers:
● Annual Meeting Door Drop Service
● Annual Meeting Hospitality Suite Rental
● Annual Meeting Information Kiosk Rental
● Annual Meeting Promotional Bulk Mailing
Tabletop Exhibits. At smaller meetings, DIA’s tabletop exhibitors are given special opportunities to meet attendees before and after sessions and during breaks. With just a few exhibitors, visibility is typically excellent. Tabletops are strategically positioned to take advantage of meeting traffic, meaning that odds are high that exhibitors will receive face time with target audiences.
Note that tabletop exhibit space varies by facility. DIA exhibitors should follow International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) Guidelines [PDF] for Display Rules and Regulations (North America). Note the following exceptions:
● Maximum height of any island or peninsula booth structure or hanging sign is 20 feet
● End-cap booths are not permitted
● Exhibitors may not sublet, assign, or share any part of the space allocated
